China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group (CECEP) is a central enterprise founded in 2010 after the merger between China Energy Conservation Investment Corporation and China New Era Group Corporation with the approval of China’s State  Council.
As a centrally-administered state-owned enterprise specializing in energy conservation and environmental protection, CECEP has stayed true to our mission of “conserving resources and protecting the environment” since our founding, making significant contributions to the emergence, development and growth of China’s energy conservation and environmental protection industries.
At present, CECEP boasts more than 700 subsidiaries, including seven listed companies.Our business has expanded across China and beyond, radiating to 110 countries and regions around the world. With a “3+3+1” business structure, namely three main segments (energy conservation and clean energy supply, ecological environmental protection, and life and health), three green businesses (green building, green new materials, and green engineering services), and strong strategic support capabilities, CECEP has emerged as a flagship enterprise in China’s energy saving and environmental protection field with the largest scale, the most complete range of solutions, the widest coverage, and the strongest competitiveness.
