CECEP Hosts 13th Team Building Conference, 4th Model Worker Commendation Ceremony, and 3rd National Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection S

From December 11 to 12, CECEP successfully held its 13th Team Building Conference, 4th Model Worker Commendation Ceremony, and 3rd National Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Skills Competition in Xi’an. Liu Dajun, Deputy Party Secretary of CECEP, attended and delivered a speech, while Zhu Min, Chairperson of the CECEP Labor Union, summarized past achievements and outlined the future work plan for the union.

Liu Dajun highly praised the union's accomplishments over the past year, emphasizing the importance of adhering to Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as a guiding principle. He called for deepening industrial workforce reforms to cultivate pioneers in the energy conservation and environmental protection industries, strengthening brand building to inspire employees’ dedication, and enhancing the union’s internal development to create a supportive “home” for employees. Liu stressed the need to maintain the union’s political, progressive and mass-oriented character while continually improving its leadership, organizational and service capabilities to advance the union’s work.

The conference featured a focused study of the Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Deepening the Reform of the Industrial Workforce. It also recognized outstanding contributors, including six CECEP model workers, eight competition award winners, 13 advanced labor unions, 15 exemplary Red Banner Teams, 10 outstanding union workers, 20 exemplary team leaders, and 68 innovative “Five Small” projects. Additionally, two CECEP Model Worker Innovation Studios were officially inaugurated.

The event also hosted the finals of the 3rd National Skills Competition for Power Plant Integrated Operations Personnel, where 48 contestants from CECEP's new energy segment competed. Through intense and professional challenges, a new cohort of National Technical Experts and CECEP Technical Experts emerged.

Two forums, Red Banner Teams Showcase and Face-to-face with Model Workers and Contributors, were held alongside the main event.

The conference brought together CECEP union committee members, labor union leaders from secondary and key tertiary subsidiaries, outstanding union workers, exemplary team leaders, and competition participants.
