From August 21 to 23, CECEP held its annual training program for new hires.

Liu Dajun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, delivered the opening lecture. Various departments provided sessions on topics such as Party education, integrity, safety, talent development, strategic growth, corporate culture, and technological innovation. The training, which included both lectures and practical site visits, aimed to help new employees quickly transition into their roles and contribute to building a world-class energy-saving and environmental protection group.

Over 1,000 new employees, including recent graduates and socially recruited individuals, participated in the training either in person or via video.
