“Quality & Efficiency Improvement Year”: CECEP Techand Ecology Dubai Branch’s Keturah Resort Project Contract Signed, Contract Amounting to 5.583 Billion RMB

Recently, CECEP Techand Ecology Dubai Branch signed a contract with MAG of Life FZ-LLC in Dubai, UAE for the “Keturah Resort – at Plot No. Dhc2. L.01 at DHCC Phase 2 Dubai UAE for Mag of Life FZ - LLC Contract Agreement”, with a contract value of 2.822 billion UAE Dirhams (approximately 5.583 billion RMB at current exchange rates).

Dubai Branch’s Keturah Resort Project is located along the Creek River in Dubai, approximately 5 kilometers from the Burj Khalifa, adjacent to the Flamingo Hide - Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, a new emerging resort destination in Dubai. The project introduces international brand such as the Ritz-Carlton, comprising 12 ultra-luxury villas, 5 luxury residential apartment buildings, 3 high-end hotel-style apartment buildings, and related infrastructure with a total construction area of approximately 155,000 square meters. Scope of work includes civil engineering structures, plumbing and drainage, HVAC, electrical lighting procurement and installation debugging, decoration, furniture, internal roads, landscaping, and supporting infrastructure. The project is planned for completion in 1,095 calendar days.

This project marks CECEP Techand Ecology’s first overseas project, conducive to enhancing the company’s international profile and competitiveness. Upon successful implementation, it is expected to positively impact its operational performance over the next three years.

Currently, CECEP Techand Ecology has provided its Dubai Branch with comprehensive support including funding, technology, and personnel to the project, accelerating preparations for project commencement and providing strong backend support. Next steps involve leveraging its capabilities to strengthen overseas project management, ensuring project progress according to plan, and striving to create a signature project for eco-cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) between China and Arab states, thereby promoting high-quality development of the company’s overseas business.
