Recently, the Central Rural Work Leading Group issued a notification on the assessment of the effectiveness of targeted assistance by the units under central government for the year 2023. CECEP was awarded the top rating of “Excellent,” marking the fourth consecutive year the company has received this top rating. 

In 2023, CECEP thoroughly studied and implemented President Xi Jinping’s important instructions on targeted assistance and conscientiously carried out the decisions and deployments of the central government. Leveraging the experiences from the “Thousand-Village Demonstration, Ten-Thousand-Village Renovation Project,” CECEP fully capitalized on its advantages in energy conservation and environmental protection. The company closely integrated its efforts with local realities, focusing on the “Five Revitalizations” of industry, talent, culture, ecology, and organization. CECEP comprehensively supported rural revitalization in areas such as Song County in Luoyang City, Henan Province, and Fuchuan Yao Autonomous County in Hezhou City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The company invested and attracted nearly 80 million yuan in assistance funds, secured 27.1 million yuan in investments, sponsored 283 disadvantaged college students, trained 906 agricultural cadres (involving multiple sessions for the same cadres), and facilitated 11.91 million yuan in consumption assistance. These efforts significantly contributed to the construction of livable, workable, and beautiful rural areas, showcasing the strength of CECEP.
