Recently, the fourth session of the second member meeting of Shenzhen Green Building Association (SGBA) was held in Luohu, Shenzhen. The meeting commended the advanced collective and individuals of Shenzhen Green Building Association for the year 2023 and its 15th anniversary. CECEP Techand was honored with the title of "2023 Advanced Unit".

Established in December 2008, SGBA is the first municipal-level industry association in the field of green buildings in China, under the supervision of Shenzhen Housing and Construction Bureau. The association's mission is to create a green city and build a beautiful Shenzhen, promoting innovation, communication and cooperation in the field of green building in Shenzhen, and driving the healthy development of the green building industry in the city. As a vice-chairman unit of the association, CECEP Techand has actively utilized its technical advantages and practical experience in green planning and design, zero-carbon construction, and three-dimensional greening, contributing to the high-quality development of the association.

In the next step, CECEP Techand will firmly establish and practice the concept that Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets, taking green and low-carbon development as its responsibility. It will actively respond to policy guidelines such as the 14th Five-Year Plan for Building Energy Conservation and Green Building Development issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. Relying on platforms such as SGBA, it will fully leverage its own advantages and deeply participate in the development of the green building industry, making positive contributions to the continuous improvement of urban and rural living environments and the construction of a beautiful China.
