Secondly, it is essential to accelerate the integration of scientific and technological capital with the innovation chain and industrial chain. By empowering industries, it is important to speed up the development of science and technology projects and establish an ecological system of energy-saving and innovative investments with Chinese characteristics, thereby supporting the sustained high-quality development of energy conservation in China. Thirdly, it is crucial to actively integrate into the technological innovation and industrial clusters of Shenzhen City and the Greater Bay Area. This includes strengthening capacity building in model innovation and financial innovation, establishing an efficient platform for science and technology investment and industrialization, and integrating into the strategic emerging industrial clusters of energy conservation, environmental protection, new energy and new materials in Shenzhen City and Longgang District.
