The general contract of the project to restore and protect Heyuan Area of Daqing River (Hunyuan) was won by Techand Construction Consortium with the amount of 701 million RMB. Located in Hunyuan County, Datong City, Shanxi Province, the project covers 409km² for the restoration and protection of the headwater area (Hunyuan) of Daqing River. The construction includes closing hillsides for afforestation, water conservation forest, treatment of abandoned mining area, headwater culture development, ecological corridor of the main stream, river restoration and renovation, small watershed cleaning and management, slope farmland transformation, water and soil conservation forest, economic forest, monitoring system construction, and formulation of ecological protection and safeguard measures in the headwater area. The construction period is set to be 1080 calendar days. The project is expected to have a positive impact on the company's operating results in the next three years.
The bid for overall construction of CECEP (Zhangzhou) Science and Technology Industrial Park was won by Techand Construction with an amount of 228 million RMB. The project is located in Block A-03, east of the intersection of Longjiang Avenue and Shenhai Highway, Taiwan Investment Zone, Zhangzhou City. With A total land area of 87,412 square meters (131 mu), it will be built into a modern industrial park integrating energy conservation and environmental protection, production, office buildings and supporting facilities. Factory buildings in the park include standard buildings for electronics, detatched buildings for R&D, exhibition halls, living facilities and service facilities, etc. The construction period is set to be 540 calendar days. It is expected to have a positive impact on the company's operating performance in the next two years.
The bid of the EPC general contract on Bailian River Headwater Ecological Product Value in Yingshan County, Huanggang City, Hubei Province was won by CECEP Techand and Techand Construction, with the amount of 101 million RMB. The project is located in Yingshan County, Huanggang City, Hubei Province. The construction includes road engineering, sewage engineering, shoreline regulation and restoration, public carparks and ecological products cloud monitoring supporting equipment in five townships including Fangjiazui Township. The construction period is set to be 345 calendar days. After the completion of the project, it will greatly improve the infrastructure of Yingshan County, enhance the supporting services of the tourist destination, and strengthen the brand image of Yingshan County in tourism.

The project is located in Nanxiong City, involving 9 townships under its jurisdiction. The construction includes sewage inlet pipe, sub-branch pipe, sewage lifting pump station, a small amount of rainwater pipe network, Xinpingtian sewage treatment plant and its supporting pipe network, etc. The construction period is set to be 320 calendar days. After completion, the project will enhance the quality and efficiency of sewage treatment and improve the quality of urban water environment.
The bid for Anju Hongqitai Landscape Project, a housing project in Block A122-0364 of Tiegang, Xixiang Township, Bao 'an District, was won by Techand Shanyi Environment Construction Co., Ltd with the amount of 21 million RMB. Located in Baoan District, Shenzhen City, the project is an important part of the construction of Anju Hongqitai Project, covering hardscaping, greening, hydropower engineering, etc., and the construction period is set to be 180 calendar days.
