On March 24, CECEP held a kick-off meeting on value creation action against world-class enterprises. Song Xin, secretary of the Party committee and chairman of the board of directors of the group company, attended the meeting and made a mobilization speech. Liu Jiaqiang, deputy secretary of the Party committee and general manager, conveyed the message of SASAC on value creation action against world-class enterprises. Cao Huabin, member of the standing committee of the Party and deputy general manager, presided over the meeting.
Song Xin pointed out that the value creation action is a systematic project, and the tasks are interlocked, covering the whole staff, process, elements, range and links. It is not only to grasp the entrance of investment and M&A projects from the source, but also to strengthen the control of the whole process of project construction, and to implement the lean management of production, operation and maintenance, so as to create a quality construction project with less investment, short construction period, high quality, beautiful environment and good benefit. At the same time, it is necessary to create a culture of compliance, strengthen risk prevention and control and establish a good brand image, so as to empower market expansion.
Song Xin stressed that all units should fully implement the relevant work requirements of SASAC, raise the political awareness, deepen the ideological understanding, and grasp the great practical significance of value creation for the group company to accelerate the development of the world-class enterprise. It is necessary to focus on the objectives and tasks, highlight the key elements, and effectively enhance the role of value creation for the group company to accelerate the development of the world-class enterprise. Strengthening the overall organization and institutional support can ensure the effective implementation of the value creation actions against world-class enterprises.
Song Xin requested that each unit should put the value creation action on the important work agenda, deploy it urgently, accelerate the formulation and improvement of the work plan and task list, and ensure high quality, high standard and high efficiency to promote it solidly. All units should focus on the benchmarking, emphasize the focus of value creation benchmarking, and ultimately achieve “benchmarking for qualification, qualification for the creation of benchmarks". It is necessary to focus on the process, strengthen the promotion mechanism to ensure the quality of action, and create an environment that focuses on high-quality development, long-term value and overall value.
