The CECEP Fund was invited to attend the 2023 Asia Clean Energy Forum (ACEF) in Manila, Philippines from June 13th to June 16th. As the implementing agency for Asian Development Bank (ADB) projects, the Fund delivered a keynote presentation at the regional session, sharing ADB-funded project implementation experiences and highlighting the application of cutting-edge technologies in key projects. 

Co-hosted by ADB, the United States Agency for International Development, and the Korea Energy Agency, the forum focused on the theme of "Adopting Clean Energy Solutions for a Carbon-Neutral Future" and invited representatives from the Asia-Pacific region in the clean energy sector, including government officials, corporate representatives, investors, experts, scholars and consultants.  

During the forum, the Fund had in-depth exchanges with the ADB Energy Department Director, as well as relevant staff from the East Asia and Central Asia bureaus. 

As an ADB-funded project, the Fund's participation in this event strengthened its cooperation with the Asian Development Bank, ensuring the smooth operation of future ADB-funded projects and supporting the Fund's role in providing policy-based funding for major national strategies.
