Recently, the "Implementation Plan for the Winter Clean Heating Project in Lhasa City for the years 2023-2025" prepared by CQEC Engineering Department has been reviewed and approved at the executive meeting of the Lhasa Municipal Government. Previously, this plan had passed the expert review organized by the Lhasa Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau.

Promoting clean heating in winter is a livelihood project and a significant measure to improve the quality of the atmospheric environment. In the next step, CQEC Engineering Department will continue to track the progress of the project, leverage its professional and technical advantages, vigorously explore the market in Xizang, promote energy-saving and low-carbon development and support the local realization of the "dual-carbon" goals.
