On July 8th, Eco Forum Global Guiyang 2023 with the theme "Promoting Green and Low-Carbon Development for Harmonious Coexistence between Man and Nature in Modernization" opened in Guiyang City, Guizhou Province. Song Xin, Secretary of the CECEP Party Committee and Chairman, was invited to attend the forum and deliver a speech. 

Song Xin stated that "accelerating green and low-carbon transformation to achieve green recovery and development" is an important part of the global development initiative. The vigorous development of the energy-saving and environmental protection industry is an important way to accelerate the promotion of green and low-carbon development and implement the global development initiative through practical actions. Achieving green and low-carbon development and sustainable development has become a broad consensus in the international community. CECEP is willing to work together with all sectors of society to continue to solidly promote green and low-carbon development, prioritize actions and practical results, and make new efforts to implement the global development initiative, promote the construction of a community with a shared future for humanity, and build a clean and beautiful world. 

During his time in Guiyang, Song Xin also conducted research at CECEP Solar South China Regional Company, where he emphasized the need to strengthen internal synergy, increase market development efforts, and enhance quality and efficiency.
