On the morning of July 20th, the 24th Qinghai Green Development Investment and Trade Fair with the theme of "Open Cooperation, Green Development" was held in Xining, Qinghai Province. Zhang Yuzhuo, Secretary and Director of the Party Committee of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC), and Chen Gang, Secretary of the Qinghai Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches. Tan Zuojun, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of SASAC, also attended the opening ceremony. Song Xin, Secretary and Chairman of CECEP Party Committee, was invited to attend the opening ceremony and participate in the special event "Central State-owned Enterprises Supporting High-quality Development in Qinghai". 

Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, CECEP has deeply implemented General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on Qinghai's work and worked in accordance with the requirements of SASAC. It has fully played the advantages of energy conservation and environmental protection as its main business, based on clean energy and ecological environment systematic governance, continuously increased investment in Qinghai, adhered to the concept of systematic governance of "mountains, rivers, forests, farmlands, lakes, grasslands and desserts," and implemented key projects such as eco-restoration in Muli Mining Area of Qinghai Province, to support the construction of ecological civilization and green economic development in Qinghai. The company has effectively fulfilled its social responsibilities as a central enterprise by creating employment, providing pairing assistance, donation and condolences, carrying out joint construction and development, and supporting rural revitalization in Qinghai. By the end of 2022, CECEP had a clean energy installed capacity of 630 MW in Qinghai, with a cumulative grid-connected electricity of about 4.53 million MWh, equivalent to saving about 1.418 million tons of standard coal and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 39.92 million tons.

During his visit to Qinghai, Song Xin conducted research on State Grid Qinghai Electric Power Company's Smart Green Energy Big Data Center, CFMCC Carbon Fiber Co., Ltd., and China Huaneng Group's Solar Power Co., Ltd. 

Cao Huabin, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of the Group, as well as relevant personnel from the Office, Cooperation Department, Solar Power Company, Wind Power Company, and others, participated in the activities.
